Advanced Loading Pallet System (ALPS)
The Advanced Loading Pallet System (ALPS) is a combination of subsystems designed to offer users of the CH-47 "Chinook" the capability of moving cargo, vehicles, or personnel with greater efficiency. ALPS is designed to act as a FORCE MULTIPLIER to allow the user to adapt the helicopter to mission requirements.
ALPS Configurations
The modularity of ALPS gives users the ability to decide exactly what to place into their helicopter according to mission requirement. The ALPS system is available for all current CH-47 models (D,E,F,G, etc.) and comes in two standard configurations: ALPS and ALPS Lite. From these two configurations, the installations can be further modified to meet the user's exact needs.

ALPS Lite is a starter system; it includes only the most basic cargo handling system components.
